The web portal of Safe Children - Parental Control provides all the necessary information. You can check the detailed list of the apps you have blocked on your child’s device, time schedules that you have set for device usage. It gives the location, report, and request updates of your child’s online activities and much more.

Q3. Do I need to link my device to the web portal?

No, it is not necessary to link your device to the web portal. You can directly login following these steps.

Step 1: Go to the Home Page and click on Log In.

Step 2: Enter your email ID and password to easily access your dashboard.

Q1. What is the Safe Children - Parental Control’s dashboard?

Safe Children - Parental Control’s dashboard is a place where you can see all the features of the web portal. It displays a list of all the devices that are linked to the parent profile. You can view locations, reports, and request updates of your child’s activities directly from the dashboard.

Q2. How can I view my child’s report?

Step 1: Go to the Parent dashboard.

Step 2: Identify the child whose reports you want to view. Tap on Reports.

Step 3: Choose Report type (Panic, Request, or Anti-Theft) and click on Search.

Q3. How can I view my child’s location?

You can view your child’s location from the dashboard itself.

Q4. How can I view my child’s requests?

Step 1: Go to the Parent dashboard.

Step 2: Identify the child whose requests you want to view. Tap on Requests.

Step 3: Choose the Request type and click on Search.

Q5. Can I block apps from the web-view?

No, it is not possible to block any app on your child’s device from the web portal. You must do it using your device.

Q6. Can I get panic alert on the web-view?

Yes! You can get a panic alert on the web portal. But it comes with some limitations. It is only for viewing purposes. You cannot resolve the issue or perform any function from there.
